All ceremonies at this time are scheduled to take place in person on our campus. We may alter the ceremonies and move them to a virtual presentation or reschedule pending pandemic conditions. The safety of our families is paramount.

About Being a Brother and Member of Arl2473
Membership in the Knights of Columbus consists of Catholic men of all ages and from all walks of life. We are men of Faith; men inspired for various reasons to join in a common bond of fraternal membership in the Knights of Columbus.
Our council is locally well-known for providing OVER 3,000 Thanksgiving meals each year to the disadvantaged and leads its brother councils throughout Virginia in raising money, for hosting and serving over 16,000 Honor Flight Veterans and guardians since 2012, and a PLATINUM SPONSOR of the Jennifer Bush-Lawson 5K run each year that raises over $100,000 for pre and post-natal health and wellness care and support at the Arlington Pediatric Center and the Virginia Hospital Center’s Outpatient Women’s OB Clinic.
Beyond the lasting personal rewards that accompany the camaraderie of community involvement, belonging to our Arlington council can be also socially rewarding for members and families. Suffice to say, our council is quite unique within the Knights of Columbus with its generous "country club-like" facilities, operated by our corporation organization - the Columbus Club of Arlington Inc.
After driving up our driveway and rounding the circle where the Mother Mary statue is, you will find members relaxing and laughing in the Council Home at two large bars, two large family front rooms, pool tables (1st and second floor), and with 6 HUGE flat screen TV's on the 1st floor. Our campus boasts athletic courts (tennis, volley ball, bocce ball, and basketball), swimming pools, picnic grounds, and a large BBQ pit and grilling facilities. In addition, we have numerous clubs within our club (Golf, Fish Club, and others). We even have Arlington's most sought after Summer Camp! To sum it all up, Arl2473 offers something for everyone and every age.
