Each family will be given 1 placard for pick-up. If you do not have your placard, have an ID ready to check. If you need to pick your child up early, please do so before 3:00 p.m. If you come after 3:00, you will be directed to the pick up line.
MONDAY (or first day of the session): drop off 8:30-9:00 a.m.: Please park and walk up to the ballroom door. There will be two lines: One line will be for those who have already turned in all of their paperwork and have picked up their placards. Shirts will be given out to the campers after check-in on Mondays. The second line will be for those who need to turn in paperwork and pick up placards. Staff will bring campers to their groups to meet their counselors.
Pick-up MONDAY-FRIDAY (3:30-4:00 PM):
Park your car and walk to the circle in front of the old mansion. Find your camper’s group. Sign your camper out with their Lead Counselor. Be prepared to show your placard and Drivers License.
Drop-off TUESDAY-FRIDAY(8:30-9:00 AM):

Rain Pick up/drop off: Drive up to the ballroom entrance (still enter through the mansion entrance). We will load campers directly into/out of the cars. You will receive an email if we need to do this.
